Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply when you buy or use ShipFeeder, provided by NAIT DIGI.TECH LTD.
Last updated: 7 November 2026
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and NAIT DIGI.TECH LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 16550159, with its registered office at 125 Vine Street, Manchester, England, M18 8SR (“we”, “us”). We operate ShipFeeder at shipfeeder.com. By buying a plan, creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
If you accept them for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company, and “you” means the company.
2. The service
ShipFeeder is business software for online merchants. It records paid orders from your store, awards loyalty points, assigns Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, runs a referral and affiliate program, shows a “My Points” widget to your customers, sends automated points emails and gives you a dashboard of statistics. It is delivered digitally from our website and works with Shopify and WooCommerce through webhooks that you add to your store. You can also import orders from a CSV file or enter them by hand.
Features marked “coming soon” are not available and are not part of any plan. We may improve or change the service, but we will not remove a core feature without good reason and notice.
3. Business customers and eligibility
ShipFeeder is sold to businesses and to individuals acting for a business. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Our delivery and refund terms apply to every buyer.
We do not provide the service to businesses that sell illegal goods or services, or to businesses in prohibited categories listed in section 8.
4. Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at support@shipfeeder.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Your account has one login. If several people need access, share responsibility for it inside your business, or contact us about a custom plan.
5. Plans, one-time payment and lifetime access
- Plans differ by the number of stores and the number of orders per month they cover, as shown on the pricing page. Every plan includes every core feature.
- You pay once. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Lifetime access means you may use your plan for as long as we offer ShipFeeder, subject to these terms. If we decide to discontinue the service, we will give you at least 90 days notice by email.
- Prices are shown in USD. VAT or sales tax is added at checkout where it applies. The checkout page shows the total before you pay.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.
- If you buy more than one plan, your account uses the largest plan you have bought. Plans do not add up. You can upgrade by paying the difference between your plan and the larger one.
6. Order volume limits
Each plan covers a number of orders per calendar month (UTC), counted across all your stores. When you reach the limit, ShipFeeder stops awarding points for further orders in that month and shows a notice in your dashboard. Orders over the limit are not lost to your store: they are simply not processed by ShipFeeder. The count resets at the start of the next month. You can move to a larger plan or ask us for a custom plan at any time.
The number of stores on your plan is also a limit. We may check use of the service to apply these limits.
7. Delivery and activation
The service is digital. After your payment is confirmed we send your login details by email within 24 hours, and we activate your plan on your account. Details are in the Shipping & Delivery Policy.
8. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. The Refund Policy explains how to ask and how refunds are paid, and forms part of these terms. It does not reduce any rights you have under mandatory law.
9. Your responsibilities as a merchant
You run your store and your relationship with your customers. For the data of your customers that you send to ShipFeeder, you are the controller and we are your processor, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for:
- telling your customers that you run a loyalty program and how their data is used, and having a lawful basis to do so;
- the rules of your program, including what points can be redeemed for, and honouring rewards you promise;
- having the consent or other lawful basis required by law for any email sent through ShipFeeder, and honouring unsubscribes;
- the accuracy of the orders and discount codes you send to us;
- keeping your webhook secrets and store keys private, and replacing them if they are exposed.
10. Acceptable use and prohibited businesses
You must not:
- use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or unfair to consumers;
- send spam, or use the email features for purposes other than notifications about points, tiers and rewards;
- create fake orders, fake accounts or self-referrals to manipulate points, tiers or referral rewards;
- attempt to access other accounts, probe or overload our systems, or bypass limits;
- resell, sublicense or share the service without our written consent;
- use the service for a store that sells illegal goods or services, adult content, gambling, cryptocurrency or other digital assets, or regulated financial services, or that otherwise appears on the prohibited list of our payment provider.
11. Third-party platforms
ShipFeeder works with platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce. We are independent of them and not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by them. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Their terms, and any changes they make to their products or webhooks, are outside our control and may affect how a connection works.
12. Intellectual property and your data
ShipFeeder, its software, design and documentation belong to us or our licensors. During your access we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own stores.
You keep all rights in your store data. You give us the right to process it only to provide, secure and support the service for you. We do not use your data, or your customers' data, to train AI models.
13. No guarantee of results
Loyalty programs can encourage repeat purchases, but we do not promise any increase in sales, repurchase rate, revenue or customer numbers. Dashboard figures are calculated from the orders you send us and are provided for your information.
14. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance. Support is by email at support@shipfeeder.com, Mon to Fri, 09:00 to 17:00 UK time, and we aim to reply within 1 business day.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms and do not fix it within a reasonable time after we tell you, or immediately in cases of fraud, abuse, legal requirement or risk to others. If we end your access for a reason other than your breach, we will refund the part of your payment that relates to the period you could not use the service, to the extent the Refund Policy and law require.
You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the account page. Deleting your account deletes your program data as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting is not a refund request, so please use the Refund Policy if you want one.
16. Disclaimers
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Except as stated in these terms or required by law, we give no other warranties, and we do not promise that the service is error free or fits a particular purpose.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any rights you cannot lose under mandatory consumer law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for your plan.
18. Indemnity
You will compensate us for losses, claims and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these terms, your store's content or products, or your failure to have the consents or lawful bases required for the customer data and emails you process through ShipFeeder.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies. A change does not affect the price you have already paid. If you do not agree to a change, you may stop using the service.
20. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in your home country under mandatory law. Please contact us first at support@shipfeeder.com so we can try to resolve the problem.
21. General
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights without our consent. We may transfer ours to a successor of our business.
